Terms and Conditions

You authorise our assigned driver to drive your vehicle from the pick-up point to your stated destination.

Your vehicle must be roadworthy, insured, taxed and have enough fuel/charge to complete the trip.

Please remove valuables before the trip. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.

Waiting charges apply after a grace period of 20 minutes from the driver’s arrival. The charge would be $15 per 20 minutes.

Cancellation/no-show fees of $20 apply if you cancel after the driver arrives or cannot be contacted.

Additional stops or destination changes may incur extra charges and are subject to driver agreement.

Once the vehicle is parked at your instructed location and the handover is completed, our service ends. We are not responsible for parking fines, vehicle damage, loss of items, or other issues after handover.

For vehicle damage caused by our driver’s negligence during the trip, our company’s liability shall be limited to a maximum of S$1,000. Any such damage must be reported immediately and assessed by our authorised workshop.

Traffic offences caused by our driver during the trip will be our driver’s responsibility. Offences caused by your instructions, illegal parking requests, or your vehicle condition remain your responsibility.

We may refuse or end a trip if the customer or passenger is abusive, threatening, unsafe, uncontactable, or insists on taking over the vehicle while intoxicated.
